These two girls are best friends and have been ever since they met each other. They met at a house party back when they were in high school in their sophomore year. Leilani was new to Oasis Springs, so she was super shy at the party and was just sitting in the corner drinking her drink and hoping someone would try and talk to her. About 40 minutes of hoping someone would notice her, she decided she would just leave before it gets too late. Nyala was standing by the front door and saw Leilani leaving. She noticed that she had never seen Leilani before, so she decided to take it upon herself to go say hi.
“Hey, I’ve never seen you around before. My name is Nyala! Are you new here?”
-awkward silence-
“You know what, it’s okay. I was shy when I first moved here too. Why don’t we go outside and get to know each other, this party is lame anyways.”
They talked for hours until the party ended and everyone got kicked out. School eventually came around the day after and lucky for Nyala and Leilani, they had most of their classes together! It only took a few days of being together and hanging out until they became attached to each other. They were basically sisters! Now that they’re both 18, they both decided to get jobs and get an apartment together in San Myshuno.
