Josie: Listen here, Dexter doesn’t deserve to be treated the way you treat him! He’s not something that you can just use and toss aside when you’re done! I won’t let you do this to him anymore – if you don’t tell him the truth about you and Dustin, I will! 

Carina: If you even think about mentioning this to him, I will make your life a living hell! You hear me, strawberry shortcake? He doesn’t care about you, stop being such a fucking creep and back the hell off!

Josie: I’m not afraid of you.

Carina: You should be!

dexter: you never want to hang out with me anymore! you’re always hanging out with him and now you’re missing my birthday!? do you even want to be my friend?

carina: stop being such a crybaby! it’s not even that big of a deal, you have a birthday every year and i’ve always come!

dexter: but i’m turning ten! that’s double digits and you promised me months ago that you were gonna come!

carina: whatever, i don’t have time for this. i am meeting dustin to get ice-cream in a little bit so i should probably just leave. talk to you later.

Dexter invited over Carina to hang out and ask her to come to his birthday party.

dexter: hey, c! i was wondering if you were coming to my birthday party this friday? i don’t have many friends and it’d mean a lot to me if you came.

carina: oh, i’m sorry, dex. i can’t come. dustin’s family invited me to go to granite falls with them that weekend and i leave friday. you’re not mad, are you?

After the triplets aged into children, the family sought after change and decided to move the family to Willow Creek!
