tl;dr:
– simblr is supposed to be fun;
– people have lives outside of simblr;
– you’re allowed to cut toxic friends off to keep this a fun place;
– you’re allowed to cut friends who have lied to you off to keep this a fun place;
– communication is a two way street;
– understand that no one can keep in constant contact with you;
– you don’t owe anyone, anything;
– this is a hobby, not a job and not real life;

I would also like to add that all this hatred and drama going around 24/7 is so unnecessary. Like OP said, this is supposed to be fun. It’s a hobby and the majority of us play Sims just for fun. There’s no reason anyone should be getting constantly hated on and told how to play their game, what to post and how to edit. I joined this community almost a year ago and from the beginning, I was always seeing some sort of drama on my dash. I started out following over 400 people and now I only follow 80.

Stop the hate. Be kind. Be positive. Let people enjoy something without it being turned into something else. It’s a god damn video game. “Being kind costs nothing.” < I saw another Simblr post that when I first joined ( I don’t remember who it was, unfortunately) and it’s absolutely true.

Theres so much more I’d like to say but I’ve been lucky enough to not be targeted with hate and I don’t want to get targeted for voicing my opinion. ❤️

  I am honestly so sick and tired of seeing all these anons harassing people and putting others down. It is just so unbelievable to me that someone has the nerve to tell someone else, “Who would read/look through this? Go do something else with your life” yet they are, quite literally, harassing people through anonymous on the internet and spending their “precious” time sending nothing but hate. The best part of all of this is, they’re on anon so people wont go to their blog and send that same kind of hate or have people telling them that they did something wrong…. Absolutely ridiculous. Treat other people the way that YOU want to be treated, is that so hard? Why would you be harassing others when you know damn well that you wouldn’t want it done to you??? A lot of people have anon on for those who are too shy to send asks without anon, not for this bullshit.
