IRIS: “I’m the one who is gonna have to carry the baby for nine months and then go through horrendous labor! I’m not going to sacrifice my dreams for something that can wait a few years! If you can’t deal with it, then just GO!”
TYLER: “A few years!? I was thinking more like months! All I’ve ever wanted is to be a dad…”
IRIS: “Okay, but that’s not what I want right now! My career is important to me! Look, I never said we couldn’t have kids; I want a lot of them, but only when I’m ready.”
TYLER: “So, we’ve been married for a few months now. What do you think about starting a family?”
IRIS: “I’d love to have kids, just not anytime soon. I want to focus on my career for a few years.”
